For Campus News, Smith interviewed Nicole Ortiz, a Holyoke Community College graduate. Having been selected for Holyoke SPARKS's EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All) program, Ortiz said back in February that it had always been her dream to start a business. Her dream has now come true. She returned to the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute this fall for her grand opening celebration of her food truck business, after testing it for two months in the area. Alex Morse, the mayor of Holyoke, helped her cut the ribbon.
